We have system called PSPG (Polonus System Protazy Gerwazy) www.pspg.net .
PSPG have to parts one Protazy (server software) and Gerwazy (client software).

Part of Protazy are:

K-manager - admin tool
- Norms - in this system we put all EN and local norms with specification and description
- Catalogue -Price List - in this part we put product with many information like price, barcode, size, colour, guaranty, description, specification...

In this part we want put information about your products, which will be showed in inspector and Buyer module. We need good description of that products with some specific information (list of what we need is on end)

Part of Gerwazy are:

Collector - have many function for office
- Information about employees
- They sizes
- Information about posts
- Equipment, furnishings, cars, computer, etc
- Risk assessment

Inspector - this software make easy decide what personal protective equipment employees have to use on they post. All with use EN and local norms.

Buyer - this software make easy to find what personal protective equipment have to buy, and decide what we have to buy.

Now we need some db (Firebird db (interbase), MySql, xls, cvs) of you product witch we put to our system is Shopping section
In this db we need some information:

- Product id/number (unique) (depend color and sizes)
- Product name
- Product description
- Product specification
- When products are made in different color, please specify them
- Product category
- Product subcategory (like color or diferent finish )
- Relationship between category and subcategory
- When products have more then one category then please specify them
- Product sub-sub- category (if exist)
- Sizes (and what system of sizes is use)
- CPV-code (if have)
- Barcode (if have)
- Guaranty
- Guaranty specification
- Norm for safety product if it have some (EN norm)
- If product is part of other product or can be used with other product or group of product, please mark it
- End user prices (exclude VAT) per pcs and/or box
- Minimum baying order (pcs./box)
